Pact Meeting Broughton/Barton 03/10/2016
Can I first apologise for the last minute change of venue on the evening of the meeting. This was out of our hands when we were notified the location for the meeting which had been booked ceased trading. I know some people turned up at this venue and I can only apologise again for the circumstances. We tried to notify as many people as possible by sending out email and text messages on the system.
The meeting was held at Broughton Police Station with 25 people present. The main topic of discussion was Broughton by pass. In attendance was Steve Threllfall who is the liaison officer appointed by the developers regarding by pass works. Steve is there to deal with all issues the public may have in relation to ongoing and future works. I will circulate his details around in a separate email then you will be able to raise directly with him any concerns you have.
