Dear NHW Coordinator,

The Lancashire Combined Watch Forum would like to invite you and a guest to attend our Annual General Meeting at Police Headquarters, Hutton, Preston on Saturday 20th May.

As well as the mandated election of a new committee, the meeting will be an excellent opportunity to present you with the LCWF’s vision and plan for the way forward for Lancashire NHW in the coming years. The Police and Crime Commissioner, Mr Clive Grunshaw, and senior officers from Lancashire Constabulary will also be present to update you on the current situation and on the way ahead.

Our vision and plan is based on the results of the questionnaire survey completed by coordinators prior to our conference on 18th March. We have formulated it to address the concerns and issues that you brought to our attention. We have been working closely with Lancashire Constabulary and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, they are fully committed to supporting us in realising the plan. That support may include funding to help with your local issues. We would like your feedback and comments   on the suitability of the plan, as for it to work it is essential we have your agreement, commitment and support.

Please make every effort to attend and support us, your watch members and Lancashire NHW in general.

As with any similar event, space may be limited so please respond as soon as possible. To ensure the necessary arrangements can be made in good time please confirm your attendance by email to cip@lancashire.pnn.police.uk by Friday 12th May.

Nominations are being sought for election to the LCWF Committee. We do need new members to assist us in moving NHW forward in Lancashire, and would like to have greater representation from across the county. If you would like to be considered for election at the AGM, please advise the LCWF Secretary (secretary@lcwf.co.uk) by Saturday 13th May 2017 at the latest.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided, courtesy of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Looking forward to seeing you there.
